• Defend California workers' compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution • Review claim files, medical records, and evidence to develop case strategies • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and client updates • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions • Work with clients and colleagues to move matters forward efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• California attorney license or currently awaiting California bar results • All experience levels considered, including candidates entering the profession • Workers' compensation law experience is a plus, with 1+ year preferred • Strong research, writing, organization, and communication skills • Interest in representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters • California residency is preferred, but relocation is not required
