• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding product vision, roadmap direction, and delivery priorities from discovery through launch. • Act as a strategic consultant, identifying opportunities, risks, and solutions that balance business goals, user value, technical reality, and budget. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and decision-making frameworks that build alignment across stakeholders. • Provide subject matter expertise in eCommerce, headless CMS, and modern digital platforms. • Build and maintain clear, data-informed release plans and prioritization frameworks. • Own the product backlog, ensuring stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and constraints are well-defined and up to date. • Produce high-quality product requirements documentation, ensuring functional, non-functional, and data requirements are accurately captured.
• 4+ years of Agile product management experience in a professional services or client-facing environment. • Proven ability to lead product development end-to-end in a Scrum/Agile context. • Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship skills, especially with senior stakeholders. • Subject matter expertise in eCommerce and headless CMS, with the ability to translate trends into strategic recommendations. • Skilled in discovery, problem framing, and navigating scope/budget/timeline constraints. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-informed decision-making. • Comfortable using AI tools in everyday workflows (e.g., research synthesis, planning, documentation, risk assessment) and collaborating with teams who use agentic development tools.
• Expected Compensation (Canada): $100,000–$130,000 CAD annualized base salary. This range does not include benefits.
