📋 Description

• Own and maintain pricing systems, price books, and discount frameworks across the product assortment • Manage the deal desk function, including reviewing and approving price deviation requests and quote inquiries • Partner with Product and Finance to design, test, and roll out pricing models and process changes • Monitor discount leakage and margin erosion, and report insights to leadership • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for price realization, discount trends, and competitive positioning • Ensure pricing governance and compliance through approval workflows, audit trails, and documentation • Assist in gathering competitive and market pricing intelligence to inform strategy • Train and support Sales teams on pricing policies, tools, and exception processes • Success metrics include discount/margin leakage reduction, deal desk turnaround time, pricing policy compliance rate, and accuracy and timeliness of pricing reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pricing, revenue operations, sales operations, or finance, ideally in B2B environment • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) • Excellent cross-functional communication skills — able to work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product • Detail-oriented with strong process and governance mindset • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field • Experience with ERP and CPQ systems (e.g. Infor, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) preferred • Experience with Pricing Optimization tools (e.g. Revenue Analytics, PROS, Zilliant, or similar) is a plus • Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis preferred • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance profitability with market competitiveness • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strategic thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach • Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines • Must comply with ORS Nasco's drug-free workplace policy; employees may be subject to drug screening if safety concerns arise or reasonable suspicion is warranted
