• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing Inside Sales team focused on customer success and revenue generation. • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and activity expectations; track team performance and provide coaching. • Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members with an emphasis on solar product knowledge and sales skills. • Develop inside sales strategies aligned with BayWa’s growth objectives and vendor partnerships. • Collaborate with OSRs to drive pipeline growth, qualify opportunities, and convert leads to drive revenue. • Ensure accurate and timely quoting, order entry, and pipeline management within NetSuite CRM. • Build strong relationships with solar installer and contractor customers to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in sales management (distribution or solar/renewables preferred). • Experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on customer service and account management. • Deep understanding of solar products, including modules, inverters, racking, and EBOS components. • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven success building sales teams. • Proficiency in NetSuite (or equivalent ERP/CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. • Data-driven with the ability to forecast, analyze trends, and create actionable sales strategies. • Customer-first mindset with a passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
