📋 Description

• The Product Manager is responsible for managing the marketing of Enabling Technologies products. • Establishing long-term product strategies, developing and executing corresponding annual marketing plans. • Planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new products, and achieving business performance targets. • Collaborating with all departments to drive new products from development to launch. • Managing day-to-day activities of associated products. • Providing product technical, clinical, and selling support to the sales force and participating in key sales activities. • Managing product launches and downstream product management. • Building strong partnerships with sales management, sales reps, supply chain, operations, product development, quality, regulatory, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related discipline • Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in medical devices. • Experience managing both hardware and software products. • Experience working with KOL’s and distribution to identify product requirements. • Proven experience in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans with multiple stakeholders. • Track record of managing successful product launches with compelling product positioning and messaging. • Performed quantitative analysis to guide strategy and decision-making. • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers (e.g., surgeons, executives, sales reps, vendors, etc.). • Proficient with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation software (Power Point), flow charting, and graphs. • Ability to travel 30% of time.
