📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of an assigned territory of Financial Professionals • Manage relationships, strategic initiatives, goals, activities, and delivery of key resources • Provide or coordinate Training, Marketing, Wealth Solution Services, Insurance support, and Service support • Drive sales and revenues with Financial Professionals and Teams • Interact with Osaic Institutions departments to secure needed support • Facilitate territory meetings for education, networking, and exchange of ideas • Support onboarding of Advisors with Licensing and Registration • Lead recruiting of new Franchise Advisors • Support retention and succession arrangements and book acquisitions • Identify territory growth opportunities and develop strategies and tactics • Focus annually on advisors with the greatest growth opportunities by setting and delivering goals • Establish consistent communication with all Financial Professionals in the territory • Collaborate with Compliance on Sales Supervision activities • Collaborate with the Internal Support Position on territory matters • Deliver required management reports on time
