📋 Description

• Install and Maintain: Work on intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. • Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver expert advice and support to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in the security or electrical industry, with a strong focus on installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. • Proven track record of working with various security technologies, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. • Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining security systems, including IDS – Galaxy, IP CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems. • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships. • Meticulous approach to completing documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Strong organizational skills to keep track of service schedules and inventory. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also being self-motivated to work independently. • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and skill development. • Relevant certifications in the electrical or security field. • A full, current driving license is essential for this role.
