• Work with program leadership to plan, develop, and implement clinical documentation education programs • Educate members of the CDI team on the review functions within the CDI program in order to meet enterprise goals and objectives • Serve as the liaison with the Coding educators to build collaborative education sessions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing • Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license • Minimum five (5) years of acute care nursing experience • 3 years or more years of relevant CDI experience required • 1 or more years of education experience required • Current Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) certification required or must be obtained within one (1) year of hire
