📋 Description

• Author and execute UAT test cases for CRM and other global sales tools • Collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and project teams to understand UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria • Participate in testing activities that require coordination with regional systems and personnel • Review business requirements and process flow to develop and validate test scenarios and scripts • Communicate testing progress and issues to the UAT Lead and project teams • Identify, document, and track defects • Work closely with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution • Provide clear, actionable feedback on system functionality and user experience • Apply business testing best practices based on Agile methodology • Contribute to the improvement of UAT processes, tools, and documentation • Participate in end-to-end system testing of new CRM implementations prior to pilot launches and full rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field • Relevant certifications in software testing, agile project management, or CRM platforms are a plus • 3+ years of experience participating in UAT for CRM or sales technology implementations in a global environment • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and related business applications • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management platforms • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of Otis Elevator products, services, and sales operations is preferred
