📋 Description

• Achieve individual sales targets for Rejoyn • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare institutions • Effectively communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Rejoyn • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts • Partner with customers and internal operations teams for onboarding and workflow integration • Work with internal market access, medical, marketing, legal, and product teams • Capture and communicate field insights on customer needs • Collaborate with the Market Access team for reimbursement and sustainable business models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals • Demonstrated success engaging health systems, integrated delivery networks, and/or organized customers • Proven ability to lead complex, value-based discussions with HCPs and institutional stakeholders • Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape • Strong emotional intelligence, relationship building, communication, and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Candidates must be adaptable, results-oriented, and committed to compliance with all healthcare regulations • Background selling in Behavioral Health/Psychiatry space strongly preferred
