📋 Description

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations, including Medicaid AMP and Best Price, Medicare ASP, and VA Non-FAMP pricing • Manage quarterly and annual reporting certifications • Analyze pricing trends and anomalies • Ensure data accuracy through validation processes with audit teams • Institute government pricing checks for accuracy and completeness • Perform independent parallel government pricing calculations • Validate modeling setup and test the reasonableness of government pricing changes • Assess the business impact of government pricing updates • Oversee processing and payment of government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid rebates, Medicare Part D manufacturer discount programs, and IRA inflation rebates • Manage FSS contracts, Department of Defense blanket purchase agreements, and Medicaid supplemental agreement negotiations • Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, including price transparency reporting, Medicare Drug Price Negotiation, and bonafide service fee evaluations • Work with internal and external legal counsel to interpret CMS guidance and develop compliant contracting language • Collaborate with Contract Operations, Market Access, Gross-to-Net forecasting teams, and Pricing Committees • Educate stakeholders on government pricing implications through lunch-and-learns, annual meetings, and ongoing communications • Oversee third-party vendors and evaluate technology platforms for contract management, rebate analysis, and financial payments • Drive data visibility initiatives through Power BI dashboards and enhanced reporting • Manage disputes with state Medicaid agencies, particularly 340B duplicate discount disputes • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual workload and enable strategic analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Minimum of 5+ years directly focused on statutory Government Pricing calculations, operations, and compliance • Proven track record of managing technical analyst teams • Experience handling external audits • Experience presenting complex regulatory risks to senior executives • MBA, CPA, or JD is highly preferred
