• Strategize, plan, and execute marketing events across North America, from flagship tradeshows to small, regional conferences and dinners • Manage internal company events, including a major supporting role in Otticon, our annual company-wide conference • Concept and manage event visual identity, including booth buildouts, supporting collateral, and other related materials • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to oversee end-to-end logistics, solve problems in real-time, and ensure flawless execution at every event. • Build and nurture relationships with our vendors, partners, and suppliers • Ensure all event data is correctly attributed in our CRM so we can measure ROI • Partner with our enablement team to ensure all event attendees are well-trained to welcome prospects, partners and customers to our events • Align with our customer marketing team to create unique and memorable customer experiences at each event
• 3-5 years of event marketing experience, previously at a SaaS company, is highly preferred • Exceptional communication skills. Including English-language writing / oral • Excellence in vendor and logistical management, multitasking, and rapid real-time problem resolution • Comfort thriving in a high-touch, fast-paced, innovative environment—occasional travel may be required
