📋 Description

• Proactively generate leads through a variety of channels including networking, referrals, digital outreach, and community engagement • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients • Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals • Manage your sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM tools and digital platforms • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) • Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related consultative sales role • Strong background in networking, lead generation, and client relationship management • Comfortable creating and executing local marketing campaigns (both online and offline) • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work remotely and independently • Located in the Greater Phoenix area for client familiarity and potential in-person networking opportunities
