• Own the implementation and ongoing operation of Outseer’s commercialization reporting cadence, including rhythm, templates, consolidation process, and supporting artefacts • Run the cadence end-to-end by sourcing stakeholder input and consolidating it into a single trusted view • Maintain stage-gate and launch tracking across Discover, Shape, Commercial Design, Early Adopter, Scale, and Learn • Produce concise executive-level reporting on commercialization and portfolio health • Own the single source of truth for active commercialization initiatives and launches • Reconcile incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting inputs into an accurate portfolio view • Define and maintain portfolio-level metrics • Improve reporting templates, dashboards, and tools • Own issue, risk, and dependency tracking, including RAID logs • Follow up with owners to drive actions and issues toward closure • Identify, route, anticipate, and escalate cross-functional risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps • Implement and operate governance artefacts, including milestone trackers, stage-gate dashboards, and decision logs • Document and follow through on decisions, commitments, actions, and owners • Support commercialization, investment, and GA readiness reviews • Build relationships across Product, Product Leadership, Sales, Solution Consulting, and other stakeholders • Identify ownership, milestone, and status gaps and escalate them • Surface recurring portfolio patterns such as risks, resource constraints, stalled milestones, and readiness gaps • Facilitate cross-functional alignment • Run post-program or post-launch reviews and incorporate lessons learned • Support the maturity of Outseer’s commercialization operating model • Simplify reporting, reduce duplication, improve transparency, and increase consistency • Establish and maintain templates, standards, and working practices • Contribute recommendations to improve Product and commercial team coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered • 8+ years of experience in product operations, commercial operations, portfolio operations, PMO, business analysis, program coordination, or related roles • Demonstrated experience building and running status reporting, dashboards, governance artefacts, or portfolio tracking across multiple concurrent and complex initiatives • Strong understanding of technology and product delivery environments, including software development, SaaS, data, or related disciplines • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard skills • Ability to turn varied and imperfect inputs into clear, consistent, executive-ready output • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to secure accurate and timely input from senior stakeholders across functions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery approaches • Working understanding of commercialization and go-to-market motions, including proposition development, enablement, PoV/pilot activity, launch readiness, and GA • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-up actions simultaneously • Experience working within SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or private equity-backed technology organizations is highly desirable • Reliability and accuracy in reporting • Proactive follow-through and ownership of actions • Structured problem-solving and judgment in escalation • Adaptability and continuous learning • Technical proficiency in product operations, commercialization processes, reporting practices, and portfolio visibility tools • Collaboration across Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, and other functions • Ethical conduct, integrity, transparency, and accountability
