• Gather cost data from ERP, general ledger, and supplier files. • Upload/ingest data into approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint/Power BI datasets) following proper file formats and naming conventions. • Validate, clean, and reconcile data against the general ledger. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Finance and Operations before reporting. • Build and maintain Excel templates (lookups, pivots, formulas). • Support month-end processes through cost breakdowns and variance tracking. • Create and update dashboards with accurate measures, visuals, and filters. • Schedule refreshes and document data sources, metrics, and assumptions. • Produce weekly and monthly cost/variance reports. • Provide concise commentary on key drivers compared to budget/forecast. • Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests. • Maintain reporting SOPs and log change requests for continuous improvement.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, advanced formulas). • Experience with Power BI (datasets, measures, dashboards). • Attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
