• Join Outsourcey and be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion. • Develop and Execute Search Strategies: Design and implement targeted search strategies, setting clear performance goals and recommending budget allocations to maximize ROI. • Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Oversee a variety of Google Ads campaigns, including video, display, shopping ads, and YouTube ads, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives. • Optimize Campaign Performance: Utilize advanced optimization techniques and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, conducting in-depth performance analysis and troubleshooting as needed. • Account Management: Oversee a high volume of client accounts across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with goals and efficient use of budgets. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage GA4 for tracking and reporting, utilizing tagging and analytics tools to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements. • Process Development: Contribute to operational efficiency by building and documenting effective processes. • Mentorship and Coaching: Assist in knowledge sharing and coaching team members to foster a collaborative, success-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 3.5 years proven experience in Google Ads management, including video, display, shopping ads, and YouTube. • Demonstrated success in developing effective search strategies with performance-driven targets. • Strong account management skills with experience overseeing a range of client accounts. • Expertise in optimization techniques with a proactive approach to enhancing campaign performance. • Proficiency in GA4, including tagging, tracking, and reporting functionalities. • Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing), process documentation, and team mentorship. • Knowledge of automation tools and bulk management techniques (nice to have).
