📋 Description

• Plan and structure the social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube • Oversee the scheduling and publishing of approved posts, videos, Reels, Stories and other content across relevant platforms • Work with the Director and video/content team to distribute available footage and assets across social channels • Repurpose existing content into appropriate social formats, optimised for each platform and audience • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, content formats and algorithm changes, identifying opportunities for The Performance Club • Research fitness, training, wellness, personal branding and competitor content to identify topics and formats that could increase engagement and reach • Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance, providing regular insights to the Director • Identify content-calendar gaps and opportunities to improve the quantity, quality and consistency of social output

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional social media experience, ideally within fitness, health, wellness, personal training or another consumer-facing brand • Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including scheduling, Reels/short-form video, Stories and platform-specific content • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, audience engagement and content performance • Strong organisational and content-planning skills, with the ability to manage a structured publishing calendar and multiple content streams • Highly proactive, creative and commercially minded, with the ability to work closely with a Director and content team and turn ideas and raw assets into consistent social output
