• Help shape the future of our brand and the AI-powered low-code development platform. • Lead design initiatives for US marketing. • Work in close partnership with our design team in Portugal. • Champion OutSystems' brand guidelines. • Mentor and share expertise with broader teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing materials. • Proven experience as a lead designer or in a senior role. • Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). • Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchies, and typography. • Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving them as needed. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in the B2B SaaS or technology industry is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
