📋 Description

• Maintain high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety in the CurseForge project library • Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback on mods and add-ons according to content, EULA, and ToS policies • Support CurseForge authors with technical issues and concerns • Collaborate with Support, R&D, QA, and other teams to address daily operational challenges • Verify files • Respond to creator inquiries across multiple communication channels • Help shape a safe, engaging, user-friendly, and fun modding platform • Forge a lasting alliance between mighty orcs and puny humans

🎯 Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK • At least 2 year of experience in user support in technical fields • Previous experience in a technology environment • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday • Strong communication skills, patience, and a can-do attitude • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English • Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a track record of independently driving projects to completion • Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to apply policies, consider business context, and exercise sound judgment • Bonus: Solid understanding of different file types and folder structures • Bonus: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Lua, or others • Bonus: A Minecraft player
