📋 Description

• Lead discreet parts of workplace strategy development projects. • Gather and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize findings and recommendations into easy-to-understand presentations to clients. • Lead focus groups and interviews with clients. • Develop and deliver final reports and work products to clients. • Present deliverables to clients in meetings and workshops. • Conduct primary and secondary research.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, Workplace Strategy) required. • Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies. • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, portfolio strategy or related field. • A team-oriented mind-set and be as comfortable working alone as working with a broader team. • Good Analytical Skills and strong presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI and Teams, ability to analyze a variety of data sets and expertise in operating IWMS database applications. • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment, experiencing working on an outsourced client account is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Direct people leadership skills. • Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implementing workplace strategies.
