• Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market opportunities. • Frame ambiguous problems and develop clear hypotheses. • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to inform decisions. • Define product strategy and roadmap priorities aligned with company goals. • Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities. • Own products from concept through launch and iteration. • Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences. • Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. • Measure outcomes and continuously improve based on data and customer feedback.
• 3–6 years of Product Management experience. • Strong understanding of modern product management principles and practices. • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive initiatives forward. • Experience defining requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and measuring outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitLab, Asana, Google Workspace or similar.
