📋 Description
• Manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals • Provide advice and counsel on employment law and employment-related issues • Liaise with outside counsel and research local employment laws • Support the full lifecycle of employment for staff and team members • Oversee all employment and commercial legal claims • Collaborate with HR and other teams on legal issues
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate or qualified lawyer admitted to practice in one or more jurisdictions • At least 7+ years PQE practicing employment law • “In-house” experience within a corporate legal department • Law firm experience, including litigation • People management experience • Experience working in a remote work environment • Experience advising on employment law compliance in one or more APAC, LATAM or European countries • Experience drafting employment and non-compete agreements • Ability to handle complex legal issues across various countries • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills • A reliable home internet connection • Fluent English language skills – both written and spoken
