• Build, manage and optimize automated multi-channel nurture campaigns (email, retargeting, post-event follow-ups and engagement workflows) to move leads efficiently to opportunity. • Execute high-performing campaigns in collaboration with Demand Gen, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless lead progression. • Support the Events team with pre- and post-event campaigns that drive meaningful results, including booked meetings, registrants and post-event conversions. • Assist in driving expansion into new verticals that align with company strategic priorities. • Analyze engagement metrics and funnel performance to identify gaps, optimize nurture flows and improve conversion rates. • Maintain strong conversion rates by providing timely lead intelligence, campaigns and content to move prospects through the funnel. • Own and continuously improve lead scoring and lead readiness, ensuring a seamless handoff process to Sales. • Think strategically about the end-to-end lead flow in the CRM, ensuring data quality, consistency and efficiency. • Attend occasional marketing events and represent Ozmo, supporting as-needed with event logistics. • Collaborate on team projects and take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed.
• Three or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation, lead nurture or email marketing. • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and nurture campaign execution. • Expertise in email best practices and a proven track record of successful campaigns. • Experience in executing polished marketing events including trade shows and webinars. • Strong analytical skills, an experimental mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving engagement and conversion at scale. • Ability to travel approximately four times per year for marketing-led events.
