📋 Description
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, professional support • Guide clients through onboarding and staking setup processes • Troubleshoot technical issues related to staking, node operations, and wallet connectivity; escalate complex problems • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to resolve customer issues • Monitor customer satisfaction, identify improvements, and suggest process/service enhancements • Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing team to inform engagement strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a relevant technical background • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) • Strong sense of autonomy and ability to work independently • Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is a strong advantage • Willingness to work on a “two in, two out” 12-hour shift schedule
