📋 Description

• Provide training and support for the corrugator teams throughout the company. • Support the plants in establishing Safe Working Practices and a clean, injury-free work environment. • Support new corrugator projects and startups. • Participate in planning discussions about capital planning and equipment considerations. • Evaluate, develop, establish corrugator PM practices and standards. • Knowledge of steam systems and corrugator heat troubleshooting. • Knowledge of corrugator adhesives and distribution systems. • Knowledge of the mechanical systems associated with a corrugator. • Knowledge of the quality control systems and the OEM machine control systems. • Ability to travel to various PCA corrugator plants as required to support capital projects or improvement efforts. • Review cause/frequency/downtime analytics. • Perform DT analysis and RCFA analysis to improve PM processes. • Provide feedback to the Production Manager and Area Operations Manager on the corrugator Team. • Evaluate productivity, reliability and capability issues and provide feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous supervisory and leadership experience on corrugators. • Coaching, training, teambuilding and performance management experience. • High School Diploma required.
