• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA sales team, with clear territories, goals, and enablement. • Identify growth opportunities by market and segment, define entry and expansion strategies, and align resources accordingly. • Provide day-to-day coaching, deal strategy, and call support. Translate insights into strategy, plays, and enablement.
• 12+ years in enterprise SaaS or adtech, with 6+ years leading multi-country Sales or Growth teams in EMEA. • Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams and regional operations. Must thrive in a matrix organization • Operational rigor with CRM excellence, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making. • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of international markets with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale sales initiatives and partnerships. • Strength leading through managers, hiring and developing diverse talent, and building inclusive, high-performance cultures. • Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and comfort engaging C-suite and procurement. • Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus. Ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
