📋 Description

• Support the Senior Legal Counsel in their duties • Advise and partner with every team from across the business • Lead the negotiation of bespoke customer agreements • Maintain and improve contract templates and checklists • Own the contract lifecycle management strategy • Identify, interpret and analyze evolving regulations • Collaborate with the Compliance function to counsel on regulatory issues • Manage regulatory filings and registration requirements • Assist in implementing the global data protection programme • Support colleagues in resolving legal disputes

🎯 Requirements

• Around 4 years of legal experience • About 2 years as an in-house lawyer • Experience in consumer, FinTech, SaaS or related sectors • Qualified in the UK, US, Canada, or another common law or European jurisdiction
