📋 Description
• Lead the design and optimisation of Paddle’s marketing website • Maintain and scale the web-based design system • Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics • Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure website reflects Paddle’s brand identity • Align visual storytelling with marketing strategies
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced tech environment • Strong design craft with understanding of user behaviour • Comfortable using A/B test results and user behavior data • Ability to manage own roadmap without constant supervision • Enjoy sharing expertise with junior designers and providing constructive feedback
