• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize **Google Ads campaigns** across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for clients • Conduct **keyword research**, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement. • Optimize ad performance and budgets & monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and deliver actionable insights. • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test ad variations and improve performance. • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs. • Develop and present clear performance reports with optimization recommendations. • Stay up-to-date with **Google Ads trends, attribution changes, and AI-driven optimization tools**. • Provide detailed reporting and analysis & develop reporting systems and processes • Provide strategic guidance on Google Ads initiatives
• - **2+ years of hands-on experience** managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max), ideally for commerce, software • - Proven track record of **achieving strong ROAS** and scaling paid media for eCommerce, SaaS, or info product clients. • - Strong understanding of **conversion tracking**, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution models. • - Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. • - Familiarity with **AI-based ad optimization tools** (e.g., Optmyzr, Madgicx, or similar). • - Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong communication skills. • - Bonus: strong ability to build systems and develop future Google media buying departmentLead the Google Ads department • **Preferred Qualifications** • - Google Ads Certification(s). • - Experience with **Shopify**, **ClickFunnels**, or **HubSpot** integration. • - Familiarity with **creative testing**, CRO, and landing page optimization. • - Agency background or experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
