📋 Description

• Build and own the content strategy across brands, including formats, characters, and series • Decide which concepts become franchises, remain one-offs, or are discontinued • Write, direct, and ship content ranging from lo-fi character posts to high-fidelity production shoots • Plan and run production shoots • Find and manage studios, AI production partners, and freelance talent • Own content performance metrics including views, viral hit rate, and follower growth on owned channels • Work directly with the two founders on marketing and strategy • Create content that makes the company's games, toys, and backyard sports products famous • Stop or remove content that is not working

🎯 Requirements

• Built an audience, a channel, or a show from nothing • Portfolio demonstrating strong content work • Strong writing ability, including character, comedy, and voice • Experience producing both scrappy phone-shot tests and polished productions • Genuine love of sports, toys, and games • Ability to work full time with daily overlap with US and UK founder hours • Must include a portfolio, channel, or work sample when applying • Must explain what was built and how it grew
