• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • Our client is a leading brand in the hemp and alternative wellness space, distinguished by its passion for quality and safety in legal cannabis products. • We seek a strategic, data-driven Influencer and partner Manager to elevate our influencer marketing efforts. • This role will attract, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships via Superfiliate and other platforms. • You will own the entire influencer lifecycle, from scouting and onboarding to performance tracking and campaign optimization.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital partnerships. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy trends. • Experience using influencer platforms such as Superfiliate, Aspire, Upfluence, or GRIN is a plus. • Proven ability to drive performance-based influencer programs beyond just awareness campaigns. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build authentic relationships. • Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data to enhance influencer strategies. • Passion for the cannabis, hemp, or alternative wellness industries is a strong advantage.
