• Schedule and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) on Instagram • Organize and maintain a content calendar for upcoming posts and campaigns. • Write engaging, on-brand captions optimized for engagement and lead generation. • Implement relevant hashtags and calls to action. • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to keep the community active. • Engage with followers and relevant accounts to boost visibility and reach. • Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, saves, reach) and share insights to improve results.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram required; TikTok a plus). • Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategy. • Experience with content scheduling tools • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to brand voice. • Reliable, organized, and proactive with time management. • Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences through social media.
