• Own key Ops Support initiatives • Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments • Schedule PCP and / or specialist appointments for our patients • Coordinate with pharmacies (meds has been received, meds have been picked up, etc) • Verify patient PCP and insurance (including prior auth requirements) • Coordinate Release of Information • Assist with non-urgent patient follow up and/or information collection
• 1+ years of backend healthcare and/or operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing administrative and operational support • Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful • Bilingual - English/Spanish • A results driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators • You are reliable and comfortable in an environment that is ever-changing to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities through increased access to high-quality care • Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously and comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware issues (as they arise) • Excellent proficiency with technology, like GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools) • Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected space • Dedicated to supporting and improving the care for many underserved populations
