🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. • Providing both physical and emotional care to the elderly and disabled, requiring a compassionate and empathetic approach. • Successful candidates will exhibit autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in fulfilling job responsibilities. • Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for traveling to different work sites. • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Current CPR and First Aid certifications. • Nurse Aide certification required. • At least 6 months of healthcare experience, with prior home care experience being advantageous.
