• Work with current and potential partners to aid in customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning • Define product release slices for Supplier experience that optimize for time to value • Measure and analyze product success/fail metrics and align them to business goals • Align your balanced team on a clear strategy and prioritize work to maximize user outcomes • Build artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.) • Support your team through the product build and launch process • Manage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to value • Help define and measure success metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience • Communication & Collaboration: An excellent communicator, presenting ideas clearly and succinctly, and highly collaborative • Results-Oriented & Analytical: You can look at problems and create solutions from high-level goals that drive real business impact • Strategic & User-Focused: Great at prioritizing in a complex healthcare landscape • Ambiguity & Risk Management: Past successes driving software products forward, ideally at a startup • Travel: Willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences (1-2 trips per quarter)
