• At Paradigm, we believe that crypto will redefine money, finance, and the internet itself, and this technological revolution will have a fundamental and long-lasting impact on the global economy. • The companies in our portfolio are attacking an extraordinarily diverse set of problems, but they virtually all have one thing in common: they're looking to build world-class teams. • If you’re an experienced finance team operator or leader who's interested in opportunities in crypto, but you don’t know where to start, we’d love to help identify roles within the portfolio that might be of interest to you. • Please note: this posting is to learn more about opportunities across Paradigm’s portfolio, and is NOT for an internal position at Paradigm. • When speaking with Paradigm’s talent team, we’ll seek to match your background, skill set, and professional interests with companies and opportunities available within our portfolio. • While our portfolio companies are at different stages of development, the types of products or services they’re building can broken roughly into four categories, with some overlap: • 1) Decentralized finance • 2) Blockchain infrastructure • 3) Arts and culture • 4) Ecosystem development • Whatever skill set you bring to the table, there’s a good chance we can find an interesting project for you even if you don’t have crypto-native experience.
