• Experience running high-ROI campaigns through paid ads, SEO, email, and content marketing • The ability to close high-ticket deals ($10K–$100K+) by positioning us as a strategic partner, not just another vendor • Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Klaviyo, or similar • Consultative selling skills — you make sales feel like partnership, not pressure • Experience building funnels that convert like crazy and cost way less than the industry average • A data-driven mindset — you test, iterate, and optimize until the numbers speak for themselves • Confidence in client meetings — you show up with professionalism and make people feel heard • Experience running cold outreach on LinkedIn, email, and social media that actually gets replies • The ability to run discovery calls where you diagnose what's broken — you speak the language: CTR, CRO, UX, retention • A deep understanding of human buying psychology — it comes as second nature to you • AI ad tools, automation sequences, and growth hacking experience — bonus, not required • C1–C2 English level minimum • Responsibility — you own your work and follow through without reminders • Organization in your blood — your desk, your files, your folders, your life — everything is clean, tidy, and structured because that's just who you are • A can-do attitude — problems don't stop you, they fuel you • Stable, high-speed internet connection • A professional headset and camera • A quiet, professional environment for meetings
