• Leading key go-to-market strategy, product operations, and business operations initiatives as part of ParentSquare’s finance team • Analyzing product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement user behavior changes • Owning high-impact go-to-market initiatives that boost our growth and retention for each product • Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization • Leading data clean-up / enrichment initiatives • Working with the Finance organization to implement and scale other high-priority initiatives across the organization
• 5-7+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech company • A strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teams • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone capacity, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to diverse audiences • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results and a high degree of ownership
