📋 Description

• Lead a team of professionals delivering strategic market access and commercialization solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and specialty healthcare clients • Serve as a trusted advisor and lead complex engagements across pricing, reimbursement, HTA, value communications, evidence generation, launch readiness, and market access strategy • Deliver client services and build trusted relationships with existing and new clients • Collaborate with clinical development, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical, regulatory, and commercialization experts • Develop business opportunities and deliver projects with high client satisfaction • Lead strategic client advisory, proposals, client relationships, and new opportunities • Lead development of recommendations across market access assessments, pricing strategy, JCA, HTA, reimbursement readiness, evidence generation, payer value propositions, and value communications • Lead complex consulting engagements from proposal through delivery • Provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary project teams • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, client expectations, and financial reporting • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and lead executive meetings, workshops, and presentations • Support proposals, RFP responses, client pitches, account growth, and business development • Collaborate across Parexel’s market access, HEOR, RWE, medical communications, clinical development, regulatory consulting, and commercialization services • Mentor consultants and senior consultants and support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team capability development • Contribute to market access methodologies, tools, intellectual property, white papers, articles, and conference content • Represent Parexel at industry conferences and monitor global US, European, and APAC market trends

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Pricing & Market Access experience, in a consulting environment • 3+ years project management experience in pricing & market access and/or HTA and literature review projects • Ability to control projects from proposal through delivery with successful client outcomes • Recognised as a trusted advisor within the market access and healthcare community • Ability to translate industry relationships, market insight, and professional credibility into long-term client value and sustainable business growth • Strong track record of timely and high-quality project delivery • Demonstrable experience producing client-ready deliverables that clearly show an understanding of client requirements • Experience in European HTA, pricing, and reimbursement processes, particularly within Germany (AMNOG) and/or France (HAS), highly desirable • Expertise in EU and/or US market access environments, including HTA, pricing and reimbursement, healthcare policy, payer evidence requirements, claims data, and managed care analytics • 2:1 or above Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline • Higher degree is desirable
