📋 Description

• Own and manage the proposal process from receipt of RFP documentation through delivery • Assign and notify appropriate subject matter experts • Coordinate strategic and operational areas for proposal preparation • Prepare and modify proposals and budgets based on SME and proposal management input • Identify and mitigate risks to completion • Obtain third-party quotes as needed • Ensure proposals and budgets align with client specifications and internal assumptions • Maintain documents, files, and KPI data • Manage contract processes across accounts • Coordinate Operations, Project Management, Legal, Business Development, and Finance • Develop account-specific contract standards, including budget presentation, payment terms, and standard contract language • Lead client discussions and negotiations • Create, negotiate, and finalize contracts according to SOPs and templates • Develop contract strategies and plans for delivery and client signature • Amend project budgets with project and functional teams • Provide accurate client deliverables under tight deadlines • Identify and manage contractual issues requiring finance, tax, or stakeholder input

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong experience in proposals or contracts in a CRO or other life sciences environment • Finance experience paired with proposals or contracting experience • Strong understanding of operational aspects of clinical study conduct across different regions • Knowledge of managing client contract processes, accounts, and reporting • Experience with contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools and data systems such as Salesforce • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail and oral and written communication • Ability to work in a matrix environment • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed • MBA preferred • Previous proposal development, multinational/multicultural company, and supervisory experience are плюsses
