📋 Description

• Ensure client work is performed and delivered on time while meeting Parexel Consulting and client quality expectations • Complete assigned consulting activities within project scope and objectives under the direction of the project lead/manager • Identify project and internal issues, escalate them to senior colleagues and project leadership, and propose solutions • Identify opportunities for follow-on business or necessary changes in project scope • Follow and implement Parexel Consulting’s consulting models and methodologies • Deliver consulting services within the employee’s area of expertise under Project Lead and Technical SME guidance • Assist in preparing and/or delivering presentations with senior-colleague support • Work effectively within a team environment or independently within the employee’s area of competence • Produce quality work meeting project lead/manager and client expectations • Prioritize work to achieve specified project outcomes while maintaining alignment with project and line managers • Apply information from project leadership and senior colleagues to complete assigned activities • Build a network of industry colleagues through project relationships and other industry experience

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 2–3 years’ relevant clinical experience in an industry-related or consulting environment conducting qualitative interview studies • Proficiency using software for analysis of qualitative interview data, such as Atlas.TI • Experience with Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) development and validation best practice preferred • English language proficiency and communication excellence • Proficiency in other languages desirable • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline • Postgraduate degree in a Clinical Outcomes Assessment Scientific or Technical Discipline is ideal • Relevant areas include Psychology, Social Science, and Anthropology
