📋 Description

• Local responsibility for the delivery of studies at allocated sites • Active participant in the local study team(s) • Monitoring the study conduct • Preparation, initiation, monitoring, and closure of assigned sites in clinical studies • Ensuring compliance with Client Procedural Documents, international guidelines, and relevant local regulations • Drives performance at the sites • Updates CTMS and other systems with data from study sites as per required timelines • Conducting remote and onsite monitoring visits • Ensuring timely collection/uploading of essential documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably in life science • Excellent attention to detail • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in written and spoken English language • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills • Good negotiation skills • Ability to work in an environment of remote collaborators • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiar with risk-based monitoring approach including remote monitoring • Ability to understand the impact of technology on projects
