📋 Description

• Perform cost and price analysis in support of preaward acquisition actions • Independently review and validate contractor invoices • Resolve invoice discrepancies with acquisition and program staff • Track and report budget execution status against obligations and expenditures • Prepare financial summaries and briefing materials for Government stakeholders • Support contract modification and closeout actions from a financial-analysis perspective • Assist in developing and maintaining financial tracking tools and dashboards • Support DOI IBC-AQD Mission Support Services • Provide direct support to acquisition and contract administration activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field plus 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination • U.S. citizenship required to support this federal contract • Demonstrated experience with federal budget execution, cost/price analysis, or invoice review • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel • Experience building financial tracking tools • Experience preparing financial reporting for Government or executive audiences • Experience with federal financial management systems and reporting tools preferred • Experience directly supporting a DOI or other civilian agency finance office preferred • Experience supporting acquisition teams with cost/price analysis during source selection preferred
