📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize, and oversee software and vendor spend across the Partner One portfolio. • Review vendor lists and identify savings opportunities. • Analyze pricing structures and renegotiate contracts. • Ensure each portfolio company is operating with accurate, up-to-date vendor information. • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal teams to drive measurable savings and improve vendor governance and efficiency. • Present findings and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in vendor management and cost optimization. • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing vendor, financial, and licensing data. • Understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, user-based, consumption-based, enterprise agreements). • Experience supporting vendor negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives. • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including ability to build models and dashboards. • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to executive leadership. • Ability to work across multiple companies and manage several concurrent projects.
