⢠Provide strategic and operational support to the Senior Director, Maryland ⢠Prepare for meetings, stakeholder engagements, and priority initiatives ⢠Apply knowledge of statewide partnership goals and organizational objectives to support planning and decision-making ⢠Develop status reports, executive summaries, and professional presentations ⢠Integrate PRI's Strategic Plan 2030 and organizational priorities into work products and operational processes ⢠Coordinate day-to-day operations across the assigned portfolio ⢠Manage project timelines, milestones, competing priorities, and key deliverables ⢠Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and operational documentation ⢠Plan and execute meetings, convenings, and events, including logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, and participant communications ⢠Provide technical assistance, consultation, and ongoing support to partners and stakeholders ⢠Support community conversations, stakeholder meetings, and listening sessions ⢠Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners for statewide implementation ⢠Supervise, guide, and oversee performance of AmeriCorps members, Maryland Service Corps members, interns, and graduate fellows ⢠Design professional presentations and digital and print materials communicating data, key messages, and strategic priorities ⢠Support prospect research, grant writing, grant proposals, and funder reports ⢠Track expenditures, monitor funding allocations, and support financial reporting ⢠Maintain records of grant applications, reporting deadlines, budgets, and program documentation ⢠Perform other duties supporting departmental objectives and PRI's mission
⢠Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, management, communications, or related field required ⢠Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in grant administration, program operations, project coordination, or a related field ⢠Experience supporting grant writing, prospect research, fundraising, and preparation of grant proposals and funder reports ⢠Experience with budget administration, project coordination, calendar management, and operational or administrative support ⢠Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, and collaborative environment ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and adapt to changing business needs ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, editing, presentation development, and professional correspondence ⢠Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills ⢠Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively ⢠Knowledge of grant administration, including implementation, compliance, monitoring, reporting, and financial stewardship ⢠Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology platforms for virtual collaboration, learning, and project management ⢠Commitment to PRI's mission and passion for serving rural communities, children, and families ⢠Access to reliable transportation ⢠Successful completion of pre-employment background check ⢠Ability to operate a motor vehicle ⢠Ability to travel independently throughout Maryland and occasionally nationally ⢠Regular and predictable attendance
