📋 Description

• We are looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a development team, ensuring software engineering best practices, high-quality deliveries, and team growth. • The professional will be responsible for making strategic decisions, supporting system modernization, and ensuring integration across different technologies. • Analyze and technically validate requests submitted to the Development/Maintenance area. • Provide technical leadership for the VB6 development team. • Perform legacy code analysis, map functionalities, and plan rewrites. • Support technical decisions together with Product Owners, QA, and stakeholders. • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices. • Participate in defining tests, version control practices, and deployment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with VB6 in complex, large-scale systems. • Proficiency in VB6. • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and data modeling. • Good knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, WinForms or WPF). • Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of software architectures (DDD, Clean Architecture, or SOLID principles). • Desirable: experience with containers (Docker), messaging systems (RabbitMQ), and RESTful APIs.
