📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. • Develop, manage, and continuously improve Excel-based dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, member engagement, and internal operational efficiency. • Own the data lifecycle: collect, validate, organize, and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, charts/graphs, macros) and translate findings into actionable insights. • Continuously evaluate and apply AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and improve decision-making processes. • Integrate AI tools into daily team operations. • Support all aspects of TRUE Network events, both virtual and in-person. • Maintain and refine distribution lists; manage bulk emails to ensure timely, accurate delivery to target audience. • Collaborate with the team to manage TRUE calendar content on the company website. • Generate and distribute company invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records. • Assist in developing presentation materials, including data visualizations and performance summaries. • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or GED required; Associates degree in business or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a similar operational support role required; experience in the employee benefits industry preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively convey information clearly to a variety of audiences. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization tools. • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex scenarios and propose practical solutions. • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. • Strong work ethic; results-driven, and self-motivated. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
