📋 Description

• Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to address inquiries and ensure memorable experiences • Provide outstanding support through phone, email, and chat • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer pertinent information regarding services • Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and service improvement • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service efficiency • Participate in regular training sessions to broaden knowledge and skills

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential • Proficiency in English is a major plus • Native language and nationality should be clearly stated in application • Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service • Prior experience in a customer support role preferred but not mandatory • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities • Cooperative team player with a positive outlook • Enthusiastic about creating positive experiences for customers
