📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with inquiries related to media services and resolve issues efficiently • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in every interaction • Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement • Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives and enhance customer satisfaction • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on industry developments and best practices • Work remotely from anywhere in Greece and participate in company training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential • A genuine passion for customer service and helping others • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Motivation to embrace diverse cultures and life in Greece • Willingness to learn and grow within an innovative and supportive team
