• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries and help them navigate shopping experiences to ensure satisfaction. • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide support throughout the shopping process. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. • Accurately document customer interactions to assist with overall service improvement. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. • Work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
